To make a payment, check your balance, or view your rental history, access your online account. Payments can be made online with any major credit/debit card.

You can also pay at the office, by phone or by mail. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.

If you'd like to set up automatic recurring payments, we'll handle that offline. Please visit or call the office to set up the required payment authorization.

Your first month's rent will pro-rated based on your move in date, then rent is due on the 1st each month following.

If you have a standard outdoor unit, you may access it anytime, 24/7. Indoor units, or climate controlled units, require entry into our main building so access is restricted to our office hours.

No deposit required. Your first payment will consist of the first month's rent, pro-rated based on the move in date, along with a one-time $20 admin fee.

Stor More Self Storage does not insure your personal property. We suggest you check with your homeowner's or renter's insurance provider to see if your policy includes storage unit insurance. If you're interested in additional insurance coverage while storing your belongings at our facility, please contact our office.

Simply contact our office when you're ready to cancel your rental. We will instruct you on how to close your account and stop recurring rent payments if you have chosen that option.

Rent payments run on a calendar month. Once the rent is paid on the first, you have access to the unit through the end of the month. We do not pro-rate your final month's rent, so feel free to use the rental until the end of the month. You've paid for it!
